All Python Remote Kicker Steering Systems and Magnum Jack Plates utilize a relay control which mounts near your battery.
Our electric motors come with 6’ of cord which is generally enough to reach the relay control if it is mounted in a battery compartment in the rear of the boat.  If your battery compartment is more toward the center of the boat, you may need an extension cable to properly route your motor cable to the relay.
